LEGAL AGREEMENT

BY CLICKING ON THE "AGREE" BUTTON BENEATH THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ("CONTENT PROVIDER") ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") WITH BlazeOn LIMITED ("SUPPORTFIND.COM"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE "DISAGREE" BUTTON AND THE PROCESS WILL NOT CONTINUE. AGREEING TO THESE TERMS INDICATES ACCEPTENCE OF EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT, FROM THE DATE YOU SIGN UP. NO AGREEMENT IS GIVEN FOR ANY TERMS NOT STATED (OTHER THAN ONES PROVIDED BY LAW).

1. LICENCE:  The Content Provider agrees to BlazeOn Limited reproducing the material world wide via the Internet. BlazeOn Limited will only change the material to enable it to be electronically displayed and transported. Acknowledgement of ownership and authorship by the content provider will always be recognised.

2.  RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CONTENT PROVIDER AND BlazeOn LIMITED: Content Provider and BlazeOn Limited are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any liability which may eventuate under any different relationship. BlazeOn Limited is providing webpages for the Content Provider's own work and has no title to the authorship, copyright or any claim arising from the content thereof.

3. USE OF THE MATERIAL:  Content Provider grants BlazeOn Limited the right to display the materials for the duration of this contract. This right will be royalty free and non-exclusive. Content Provider may, at any time and with their own discretion, terminate this Agreement. BlazeOn Limited undertakes to remove any reference to the Content Provider within five days of notice of the Content Provider's decision to terminate.

4. INDEMNITY: Any views expressed in the materials are those of the Content Provider and any liability arising from damage, directly or indirectly attributable to those words is the sole responsibility of the Content Provider alone. The Content Provider agrees to be bound by BlazeOn Limited's editorial standards. As such the Content Provider accepts BlazeOn Limited's absolute right to remove any content which the Content Provider posts on BlazeOn Limited's site Supportfind.com which BlazeOn Limited deems to be defamatory, offensive or in any other way inappropriate. The Content Provider agrees to indemnify BlazeOn Limited for any loss they suffer as a result of any damage caused or alleged to be caused by content which the Content Provider posts on their pages. The Content Provider certifies that he/she/they are the creator of the works posted and that he/she/they have legal authority to distribute them in this way or have obtained authority by the author to post the work on their pages. The Content Provider accepts all liability for any action claiming breach of copyright over the works.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: As BlazeOn Limited posts pages at no charge BlazeOn Limited holds no liability under contract, negligence, strict liability or any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy. Any liability attributable to BlazeOn Limited by a third party will be indemnified by the Content Provider howsoever arising.

6. LEGAL JURISDICTION:  Any conflict arising from this Agreement, any claim by a third party relating to the materials supplied by the Content Provider or any other issue, howsoever arising, shall be dealt with under the jurisdiction of the New Zealand legal system.
